Project Management 

We undertake design and build project, which is inclusive of the provision of a qualified Architect, Structural Engineer, M&E Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and Clerk-of-Work at reasonable and competitive rates.

Such project management cost, however, usually excludes:

• All development charges payable to the Government Authorities
• All deposits and charges for planning approval
• All deposits and charges and related cost and expenses required by the Government Authorities with regards to the application, connection and supply of water, electricity, gas, telephone, cable TV and other services.
• All charges for applying inspections, permits and Statutory Completion
